Wii Fit- Magically get a workout by leaning left, then right, then left again. Fresh air? Who needs fresh air when you can get less exercise than a jog in the comfort of your own home!
Wii fit doesn’t really seem to help shave the pounds off much, so I would suggest something different. Why pay money for jogging in a virtual world when you could be doing it in the arguably better looking realm of real life?

you only need it to select the exercise but you can put it down during it, apart from if its boxing or the jogging one

ok I have a suggesistion anyone thats wants to lose weight from the wii fit get your fat ass up and go to the gym
