Saving games for Nintendo Wii to the channels (like Wii Fit)?
A friend of mine told me that she had saved the Wii Fit game to one of the channels on the Wii. The only problem is that she can’t remember how she did it. Can anyone tell me?? Can you do this with other games to??
She doesn’t even need the disk now to play

There’s an option in the settings to install the wii fit channel, but it only does the body test part. If you want to do the games/exercises you still need the disk in the Wii.
